The White Oak Softball Team Shop for White Oak is scheduled to close on January 22. This will be your final reminder before the closing of your My Team Shop. Extending the end date of your team shop will cause delays in delivery dates stated to those who have already placed their orders. A final Summary Report will be forwarded to you upon closing to allow proper distribution of product ordered.

As discussed at the parents meeting – to provide a service for your girls :
These are some items that we need volunteers for the year. Without volunteers, these areas will be put aside and not used throughout the year :
1. Someone to run the PA system during the game. This will consist of announcing lineups, introducing players before each at bat / playing walk up music. Everything will be available for you to use, just need a voice.
2. Someone to run the scoreboard during each game
3. Looking for dirt to fill our bullpen areas. I have 4 6′ x 10′ boxes that need about 6 inches of dirt each. Any kind of dirt will be fine. I will be supplementing them with pitching and batter box clay throughout the season
